KEIKO Matcha Classic White Chocolate with Green Tea, organic

Using green tea from the KEIKO organic farm in Kagoshima/Japan, Edelmond Manufaktur produces these extraordinary chocolate creations according to the "bean to bar" concept from the bean to the finished bar in the family business. In some cases, historic chocolate machines are still used and the chocolate is conched for 2 days to achieve a special creaminess.

Only the best, fairly traded Grand Cru organic cocoa beans, high-quality organic raw cane sugar, organic whole milk powder and, of course, the finest KEIKO green tea go into the chocolate.

These exquisite components are lovingly handcrafted into a pure and honest chocolate. Because less is often more: the chocolate is free of lecithin, gluten, foreign fats and artificial flavours.

Sehr gut

Ich hatte eine Probe dieser Schokolade in einem Teepaket. Dadurch wurde ich regelrecht angefixt. Diese Schokolade ist nicht süß, hat eine wunderbare Konsistenz und schmilzt im Mund. Wenn man die teilweise viel zu süßen Schokoladen - auch und vor allem die weißen sind oft zu süß - dann ist diese hier genau richtig. Man muss sich entscheiden, ob man für Qualität diesen Preis ausgeben möchte, aber vielleicht geht es auch anderen so wie mir. Wenn mir etwas besonders schmeckt und die Qualität stimmt, bin ich gerne bereit, etwas mehr Geld auszugeben. Ich kann sie jedenfalls nur empfehlen und vielleicht kann ich sie sogar in mein Programm aufnehmen. Ich möchte mich nächstes Jahr selbständig machen und würde sie gerne anbieten.

Keiko Matcha Schokolade Classic: sehr lecker & nicht zu süß

Erste und beste Matcha Schokolade die ich kenne (inkl. der Vorgänger-Variante!). Genuss für zuhause oder als Energiekick für unterwegs. - sehr lecker!

Ich habe die Schokolade in Frankfurt im Schnorr gekauft. Da ich eh ein Matcha-Fan bin, probiere ich gerne alles aus. So auch diese Schokolade, die mich wirklich an meinen Japan-Urlaub vor einigen Jahren erinnert. Normalerweise mag ich süße, weiße Schokolade nicht, aber durch die Kombination mit Matcha, ist sie wirklich lecker. Der Tee gleicht wunderbar die Süße der Schokolade aus. Ein Kauf lohnt sich.

Tenko - Organic Japanese Green Tea

Tenko, "gift from heaven", a half shaded green tea from the early first picking at the end of April has, like Tenbu Fuka and Soshun, this special "recurring taste" that stays on the tongue for a long time. Tenko is jade green in the cup. A rich, fruity-fresh fragrance and a characterful, mild and nut-like taste are characteristic of this tea. Kabusecha is a green tea for which the tea plants are shaded, thus forming a high content of chlorophyll and other active ingredients and at the same time little bitter substances. Their characteristic "shade aroma" is called "ooika". Fukamushicha Like many KEIKO teas, this is an intensively steamed tea (Fukamushi-cha, 100 - 120 seconds steaming time). Due to the gentle steaming process, the leaf pores open and the extracts from the tea leaf reach the water more easily and quickly. This can be recognized by the deep green tea colour in the cup and the yield of the tea - with top qualities up to 4 infusions are possible! Cold Brew Intensively steamed early pickings are also particularly suitable for cold infusions (Mizudashi or Cold Brew). By infusing the leaves with cold water you will get an intensive and refreshing tea after only a few minutes. Since the bitter substances do not dissolve as strongly in cold water, the sweet aromas of the Kabusecha are especially noticeable. The Matcha Supreme is our mildest and yet most aromatic Matcha and is ideal for both connoisseurs and new discoverers of Matcha. It has a very intense colour and a complex scent. Matcha Supreme is characterized by its smooth, almost creamy taste and its intense yet mild aftertaste. Matcha Supreme is perfectly suited for the thick preparation as Koicha but is also a pleasure as Usucha. Genuine Japanese Matcha freshly ground in Germany The tea plants from which Matcha is made are traditionally 90% shaded. The plants develop a lot of chlorophyll, theanine and caffeine, but slightly fewer bitter substances. After steaming & drying the tea leaves, the leaf tissue is separated from the leaf veins. The delicate, flake-like leaf tissue particles are called "Tencha" and are later very slowly ground into high-quality Matcha on traditional granite stone mills.
