Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Shimodozono International GmbH, Strothestraße 50, 49356 Diepholz, Germany, info@keiko.de, telephone: 05441 99 59 56 0) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via www.keiko.de/en/legal-information/cancel-order/. If you use this online function, we shall immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing information about the content of the declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event shall you be charged any fees in respect of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any handling of the goods that was not necessary in order to inspect their condition, properties and functionality.
If goods are being returned or exchanged, we kindly ask you to ensure upon return shipment that the goods are securely packaged and that the primary packaging – for example, the box including the product label in the case of ceramics – remains intact.
