Matcha bowl (Chawan)
Bright matcha bowl (chawan) decorated with delicate cherry blossoms.
Due to the wide shape of the bowl there is plenty of room to swing the matcha whisk. The bowl is therefore highly recommended for matcha novices.
The bowl is about 7.5cm high and has a diameter of 11.5cm. Matcha bowls are actually never filled completely, but only to about 1/3 with about 100ml per serving.
This bowl is made in Japan.
