For this Sencha, the small leaves that grow back after the first two harvests are used. For the third picking in July, the plants are no longer shaded, which results in a slightly higher tannin content, producing a pleasant, finely tart aroma. A refreshing, agreeable tea with a light green cup colour. We recommend two to three infusions for tea of the third picking.
Storage
In order to preserve the precious flavours and ingredients of the tea as best as possible, we recommend to seal the bag well and store it cool and dark - ideally in your refrigerator or freezer.

Soweit ich das ohne Analyse beurteilen, ist die Qualität recht gut. Der Geschmack passt jedenfalls; in diesem Fall ein recht milder Grüntee. Der Shop macht einen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck. Für mich ist die gesicherte Herkunft und zuverlässige Angaben bezüglich Bio wichtig. Die Infos sind gut. Die Tee-Auswahl auch. Die Preise sind nicht die günstigsten aber wenn dafür der Rest passt ist das in Ordnung.

Ich liebe an diesem Tee den Geschmack nach Kastanien. Das mag vielleicht nicht jeder - für mich ein sehr leckerer Grüntee!
