Apart from the sieve (Matchafurui) this set contains a small bamboo spatula as well as a funnel with which you can fill the sifted powder directly into your bowl, a Natsume tin or into the little enclosed portioning cup. We recommend sifting only the amount of powder your will use within a day to avoid loss of aroma and quality due to oxidation.
