Item No. 40138.1
Mino-Yaki Matcha bowl (Chawan) from Gifu prefecture in Japan with a beautiful variegated glaze that reminds of a lake or the seashore with glossy shades of blue and green on the top and the unglazed sand-coloured clay showing on the inside and the bottom of the bowl. The bowl is about 7,8cm high and 11,8cm wide. Please note that the shape, colour and size of the tea ceramics can vary slightly! Matcha bowls are usually filled to only about one third with about 100ml per portion. The shape of the bowl is quite wide to leave enough room to easily whisk up your Matcha.
