Matcha Affogato

Ingredients:

  •  Desired amount of Vanilla ice cream
  • Matcha    2g
  • Hot water 30cc

How to:

  1. Add matcha powder to a bowl. Add a few drops of hot water and whisk to make into a paste first, then pour the rest of the hot water  ※Sift matcha beforehand to prevent from getting clumpy.
  2. Mix matcha until all the lumps are gone until smooth.
  3. Pour matcha over ice cream!
