Vielseitig einsetzbar und mit wunderbarem Röstaroma - Hojicha Pulver ist eine Innovation, die der Matcha-Welt gefehlt hat und sicherlich auch das Potenzial hat noch den ein oder anderen Cappucino-Liebhaber zu überzeugen dem ein Matcha zu grün und grasig ist.
Hojicha (gesprochen: Hoo-dschi-tscha) ist ein gerösteter Grüntee. Der Name setzt sich aus dem Wort 'hojiru' für 'rösten' und dem 'cha' von 'Tee' zusammen. Mit einem Horoku-Teeröster können Sie sich Ihren Hojicha aus Ihrem Lieblings-Grüntee sogar selber rösten. KEIKO Hojicha enthält Kabusecha der 1. und 2. Pflückung.
Hojicha ist sowohl in der kalten als auch in der warmen Jahreszeit ein toller Begleiter.
Mit seinen warmen, leicht nussigen Röstaromen ist eine heiße Hojicha-Latte gerade richtig, um sich nach einem langen Winterspaziergang wieder aufzuwärmen und passt außerdem wunderbar für verschiedenste Plätzchen und Kuchen-Kreationen.

Tipp: Das Hojicha Pulver kann beim Backen den Teig etwas trocken machen - daher ggf. die feuchten Komponenten ein wenig höher dosieren, wenn das Pulver einem regulären Rezept beigegeben wird.
