Cold Brew
Item No. 42204> The Filter-in green bottle is ideal for preparing cold brew green tea for a rich yet mild aroma. Depending on the type of tea the preparation takes only a few minutes of infusion time. Deep steamed Fukamushi Kabusecha is ready within 3-5 minutes releasing the most intensive aroma and colour, while green tea with lesser steaming (chumushi or asamushi) will be lighter and take a few more minutes to draw. The bottle can also be used for fruit or herbal infusions like KEIKO Shiso tea. For Shiso we recommend a longer infusion time of at least 2 hours or overnight. Thanks to the heat-resistant glass the bottle can also be used with hot water make sure to only add as much water as you will have per portion, so the tea does not continue steeping. Simply add more water when you are ready for the next infusion. Our Tip: Serve the cold drip tea in wine-glasses to surprise your dinner guests with a tasty refreshing alternative to alcohol!
