Kabuse Genmaicha + Matcha is a traditional speciality made of green tea mixed with roasted rice (Genmai) and fresh green tea powder (Matcha).
For the KEIKO Genmaicha, Kabusecha from the second plucking is used.
The cup has a wonderful, intense green colour and the infusion has a full flavour with a pleasant roasted note.
The intense aroma makes Genmaicha a popular accompaniment to food. In cold weather, the pleasant roasted aromas are warming, but also on warm days, the tea on ice is a wonderful refreshment.
Storage
In order to preserve the valuable aromas and ingredients of the tea in the best possible way, please close the bag tightly and store it in a cool and dark place in the refrigerator or freezer.
Preparation
Pour 65-70°C hot water into the tea bag and let it brew for about 40 seconds. The bag can be brewed two more times - reduce the brewing time slightly and finally squeeze the bag again with a spoon to extract all the good aroma.
