Selbst mit kaltem Wasser aufgegossen entfaltet der easy Ice Tea eine schöne grüne Farbe und den erfrischenden, fast süßlichen Kabusecha-Geschmack.
Die praktischen Triangel-Teebeutel enthalten Kabusecha aus der 1. und 2. Pfluckung sowie einen kleinen Anteil Hojicha und Matcha. Kabusecha ist Grüntee für dessen Herstellung die Teepflanzen beschattet werden, wodurch sie einen hohen Gehalt an Chlorophyll und anderen Wirkstoffen und gleichzeitig wenig Bitterstoffe ausbilden. Ihr charakteristisches "Schatten-Aroma" nennt man "ooika".
Als Mizudashi kann der easy Ice Tea eisgekühlt "on the rocks" serviert werden und ist eine ideale Erfrischung - alles was es braucht ist ein Gefäß und kaltes Wasser!
Die Zubereitung ist blitzschnell und der aufgegossene Tee bleibt lange frisch und leuchtend grün! Ob zu Hause, im Büro, beim Sport, beim Picknick und auf Reisenieser ist dieser Tee im Sommer damit ein absolutes Muss!
Und das beste: wenn es dann doch mal zu frisch ist für einen Eistee, können die Beutel auch mit heißem Wasser aufgegossen werden - dabei kommen die wärmenden Röstaromen des Hojicha-Anteils zum Vorschein.
Zubereitung
Heißaufguss: nach 1-2 Minuten Ziehzeit bei einer Wassertemperatur von 65-70°C den Beutel mit einem Löffel gut auspressen und für spätere Aufgüsse mit kürzerer Ziehzeit beiseite legen.
Mizudashi-Kaltaufguss: Am einfachsten und schnellsten ist die Zubereitung in einer Flasche: Beutel rein, Deckel drauf, kräftig schütteln - Fertig zum Genuss! In der Tasse oder Karaffe den Teebeutel ggf. mit einem Löffel etwas ausdrücken und umrühren bis der Tee seine schöne grüne Farbe annimmt. Der Teebeutel kann dabei einfach in der Flasche oder Karaffe bleiben und das Wasser bei Bedarf wieder nachgefüllt werden - im Kaltaufguss lösen sich die Gerbstoffe kaum, sodass der Tee auch bei längerer Ziehzeit keine Bitterkeit entwickelt, während die Aminosäure L-Theanin dem Tee eine angenehme Süße verleiht.
Dear easy Ice Tea schmeckt auch pur wunderbar, wer dennoch etwas Abwechslung mag gibt noch frische Beeren, Minze, Zitronenmelisse oder Limettenscheiben dazu!
Easy Ice Tea ist sehr ergiebig: Jeder dieser Beutel ergibt ein bis zwei Liter Tee, heiß oder kalt!
